Mediation Services

At ELS we provide professional mediation services.  Mediation focuses on the parties interests while minimizing the personality factors.  Mediation is cost effective.  Eighty percent of cases mediated settle on the day of mediation. Courts can provide only a limited range of remedies, usually monetary or narrow injunctive relief.  Often the party's interests lie in other areas such as recognition or in an apology.  In the creative process, the parties can explore these options.  Innovative dispute resolution strategies give the parties control over both process and outcome.   Ninety five percent of cases are going to settle anyway , they should be settled as early as possible.
